SPONSORSHIPS OVERVIEW
The Alliance for Quality Education (AFQE) offers both corporate and individual sponsorship opportunities. Corporate donations can be an outright financial contribution in the amount of your company's choice or consist of sponsoring a specific special event based on the levels outlined below. All donations, monetary and in-kind, are used for funding initiatives that support the improvement of public education within Greenville County Schools. Donations to The Alliance for Quality Education (AFQE), a 501(c)(3) organization, are tax deductible as allowed by the rules of the IRS.
Contributions to The Alliance for Quality Education (AFQE) are used to fund initiatives including:
- new teacher toolkits on an easy-to-use USB flash drive
- mentors for first year teachers
- parent involvement grants for schools struggling with connecting with parents
- research about effective practice for schools
- advocacy concerning important education policies
- school grants for teacher professional learning communities
- programs to increase the high school graduation rate
- support for increasing student achievement at Lake Forest Elementary

Corporate sponsorships can be general donations to The Alliance for Quality Education (AFQE) fund, to support a particular program or to sponsor An Extracurricular Evening.
